P0016 Code

The code P0016 appears for inconsistency has been noticed between the timing of the crankshaft and the ingestion camshaft sensor that surpasses 10-degrees at idle. It is related with the Bank 1 and sensor A. This code generally found in some vehicles like Ford, Toyota, Dodge, VW, Honda, Hyundai, Audi, Acura, Chevrolet etc. This code appears due to the timing belt skipped a tooth due to wear or timing chain stretched. Bad crank sensor or bad cam sensor. Damaged wiring crank or cam sensor is a cause of the code P0016. Timing belt or chain tensioner damaged is another cause of showing the code P0016.
